 Chuck Lemmond brings over 25 years of diverse, yet focused residential homebuilding experience and integrity to your custom home design, budget and construction.  With his roots based in the residential framing and trim carpentry business, and deepened by over four years in managing residential concrete foundation construction, the core of the business is established.  This is followed by several years of Quality Control and Customer Service Management for a luxury home builder in Florida, where Chuck earned a State Certified Building Contractors license, qualifying him to build homes in regulation (and hurricane!) heavy, coastal Florida.  Rounding out the career experience are more than a dozen continuous years with a very reputable major national homebuilder in Austin, Texas, initially as Construction Superintendent, then Corporate Office Operations Coordinator, Green Building Champion, Design Team Chair, value engineering advocate, and finally growing to Vice-President of Supply Management for the Central Texas region, where multi-million dollar agreements were created and executed with great consideration and integrity.
